Alle Mitarbeiter der RM Group, welche einem GAV (Gesamtarbeitsvertrag) unterstellt sind, sind berechtigt finanzielle Unterstützung für eine Weiterbildung über TempTraining zu beantragen, sofern der Einsatz mindestens 88 Stunden in den letzten 12 Monaten betrug.

TempTraining ist ein Weiterbildungsfond für Temporärarbeitende. In diesen Fond zahlen die 

RM Group und Sie Beiträge ein, die auf Ihrer Lohnabrechnung als «GAV Berufsbeitrag» ersichtlich sind. 

Folgende weitere Bedingungen müssen erfüllt sein: 

• Sie haben in den letzten 12 Monaten temporär gearbeitet und zwar mindestens 
  • 88 Stunden: Sie haben Anspruch auf CHF 500 für Weiterbildung und maximal CHF 250 für Lohnausfall. 
  • 352 Stunden: Sie haben Anspruch auf CHF 2000 für Weiterbildung und maximal CHF 750 für Lohnausfall. 
  • 528 Stunden: Sie haben Anspruch auf CHF 3000 für Weiterbildung und maximal CHF 1250 für Lohnausfall. 
  • 704 Stunden: Sie haben Anspruch auf CHF 4000 für Weiterbildung und maximal CHF 1750 für Lohnausfall. 
  • 880 Stunden: Sie haben Anspruch auf CHF 5000 für Weiterbildung und maximal CHF 2250 für Lohnausfall. 
• Der ausgewählte Kurs findet an einer Schule in der Schweiz statt, die von TempTraining anerkannt ist. 
• Die Weiterbildung wurde noch nicht begonnen. Hat ein Kurs bereits begonnen, wird das Gesuch abgelehnt. 
• Der Kurs muss zum beruflichen Werdegang passen.

All RM Group employees who are subject to a CLA (collective labour agreement) are entitled to apply for financial support for further training via TempTraining, provided that they have worked at least 88 hours in the last 12 months

TempTraining is a training fund for temporary employees. 

RM Group and you pay contributions into this fund, which can be seen on your pay slip as "GAV occupational contribution".  

The following additional conditions must be met: 

• You have worked temporarily in the last 12 months for at least 
  • 88 hours: You are entitled to CHF 500 for further training and a maximum of CHF 250 for loss of earnings. 
  • 352 hours: You are entitled to CHF 2000 for further training and a maximum of CHF 750 for loss of earnings. 
  • 528 hours: You are entitled to CHF 3000 for further training and a maximum of CHF 1250 for loss of earnings. 
  • 704 hours: You are entitled to CHF 4000 for continuing education and a maximum of CHF 1750 for loss of wages. 
  • 880 hours: You are entitled to CHF 5000 for continuing education and a maximum of CHF 2250 for loss of earnings.
• The selected course takes place at a school in Switzerland that is recognised by TempTraining. 
• The training has not yet started. If a course has already started, the application will be rejected. 
• The course must fit the professional career.

Tous les collaborateurs du groupe RM qui sont soumis à une CCT (convention collective de travail) ont le droit de demander un soutien financier pour une formation continue via TempTraining, à condition que l'engagement ait été d'au moins 88 heures au cours des 12 derniers mois.

TempTraining est un fonds de formation continue pour les travailleurs temporaires. 

RM Group et vous-même versez des contributions qui apparaissent sur votre fiche de salaire sous la forme d'une "GAV occupational contribution".  

Les autres conditions suivantes doivent être remplies : 

• Vous avez travaillé temporairement au cours des 12 derniers mois et au moins 
  • 88 heures de travail : Vous avez droit à CHF 500 pour la formation continue et à CHF 250 maximum pour la perte de salaire. 
  • 352 heures : Vous avez droit à CHF 2000 pour la formation continue et à CHF 750 maximum pour la perte de salaire. 
  • 528 heures : Vous avez droit à CHF 3000 pour la formation continue et à CHF 1250 maximum pour la perte de salaire. 
  • 704 heures : Vous avez droit à CHF 4000 pour la formation continue et à CHF 1750 maximum pour la perte de salaire. 
  • 880 heures : Vous avez droit à 5000 CHF pour la formation continue et à 2250 CHF maximum pour la perte de salaire. 
• Le cours choisi a lieu dans une école en Suisse reconnue par TempTraining. 
• La formation continue n'a pas encore commencé. Si un cours a déjà commencé, la demande est rejetée. 
• Le cours doit correspondre au parcours professionnel.
