Bitte erwähnen Sie in der Email den Namen ihres Einsatzbetriebes.
Sie erhalten dann von uns die Bestätigung der Unfallmeldung inkl. Apothekerschein und Schadennummer.
English:
You have had an accident. Whether you have had an accident at work or during your leisure time, please fill in the accident questionnaire and send it to helpline@rmgroup.ch.
Please mention the name of your company you are working at in the email.
You will then receive confirmation of the accident report from us, including the pharmacist's licence and claim number.
French:
Vous avez eu un accident. Qu'il s'agisse d'un accident de travail ou de loisirs, veuillez remplir le questionnaire d'accident et l'envoyer à helpline@rmgroup.ch.
Veuillez mentionner dans votre e-mail le nom de votre entreprise d'intervention.
Vous recevrez alors de notre part la confirmation de la déclaration d'accident, y compris la feuille de pharmacie et le numéro de sinistre.
