Sie sind oder waren Sie krank? Ab 2 Tagen brauchen wir ein Arztzeugnis, bitte senden Sie und das Arztzeugnis oder eine E-Mail mit der Information über die Dauer der Krankheit an helpline@rmgroup.ch. Sie haben Anrecht auf eine Lohnfortzahlung von 80%. Gerne werden wir die Krankheit unserer Versicherung melden.

Bitte erwähnen Sie in der E-Mail den Namen ihres Einsatzbetriebes.

Krankentaggeld nach Vertragsende:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass gemäss den geltenden Versicherungsbestimmungen keine Nachleistung der Krankentaggeldversicherung besteht, wenn das Arbeitsverhältnis befristet war oder wenn es innerhalb der vertraglich vereinbarten Probezeit beendet wird – unabhängig davon, ob die Beendigung durch Kündigung oder eine Aufhebungsvereinbarung erfolgt.

Ebenso entfällt die Nachleistung, wenn eine Arbeits- bzw. Erwerbsunfähigkeit bereits vor dem Zeitpunkt der Kündigung oder vor Abschluss der Aufhebungsvereinbarung eingetreten ist.

You are or have been sick? From the 2nd sick leave day onwards we need a doctor's certificate. Please send the doctor's certificate or an e-mail with information about the duration of the illness to helpline@rmgroup.ch. You are entitled to continued payment of 80% of your salary. We will be happy to report the illness to our insurance company.

Please mention the name of your company in the e-mail.

Sickness allowance after the end of your contract:

Please note that, according to the applicable insurance provisions, no post-coverage benefits are provided if the employment relationship was limited in duration or if it is terminated during the contractually agreed probation period—regardless of whether the termination occurs through notice or a mutual termination agreement.

Post-coverage benefits are also excluded if the incapacity for work that gives rise to the claim occurred before the notice of termination was given or before the mutual termination agreement was concluded.

Vous êtes ou avez été malade? À partir de 2 jours, nous avons besoin d'un certificat médical. Veuillez nous envoyer le certificat médical ou un e-mail avec les informations sur la durée de la maladie à helpline@rmgroup.ch. Vous avez droit au maintien de votre salaire à 80%. Nous nous ferons un plaisir d'annoncer la maladie à notre assurance.

Veuillez mentionner le nom de votre entreprise d'affectation dans votre e-mail.

Indemnités journalières après expiration du contrat

Veuillez noter que, conformément aux dispositions d’assurance en vigueur, aucune prestation postérieure à la fin du contrat n’est accordée si le rapport de travail était à durée déterminée ou s’il est résilié pendant la période d’essai convenue contractuellement, que la fin du contrat intervienne par une résiliation ou par un accord de résiliation.

Les prestations postérieures à la fin du contrat ne sont également pas dues si l’incapacité de travail ouvrant droit aux prestations est survenue avant la notification de la résiliation ou avant la conclusion de l’accord de résiliation.
